Okay:

This is DEFINITLEY not freehand selection. How can you cut a picture out and put it onto a backround using freehand?! It's not possible because then it looks all jagged and weird. Somebody needs to tell me what to do when cutting out a picture because I'm lost and i'm sick of people saying "IT'S FREEHAND SELECTION AND POW YOUR PICTURE LOOKS AWESOME".

& I use PSP 9.
