The second tutorial, woooot!

Hey kids, I'm bored out of my brains, so looks like I'm making my second tutorial! And I also wanted to say thanks for the positive response to the first! *feels all accomplished like* This one is gonna talk you thru the entire process I use to make an icon, so here's hoping it doesn't turn out looking like crap.
