hi, I'm new to icon making and i have been trying really hard to get my icon to work. so far everything has been going great accept i have a few questions/problems:
a) how can a get a speckled/blotched brush and how do i lay it over my icon
b) how do I get my icon down to 40kb??
I hope someone can help me, and I am really sorry if this is monotonous and already stated a million and one times, but I looked in the memories and couldn't find what I was looking for in these instances although it helped with sooooo many other things.
