Does anyone know how to get the effect used in this icon?
(Icon was made by someone over at FanForum).
I've looked through the Memories and I've done Google searches but I can't seem to find anything relating to it so I thought I'd ask over here. Any help will be very much appreciated. :)
I use Photoshop 7/ImageReady 7.
