Major question...

I'm sorry to be bothering everyone, but I have a problem I was hoping to get help with. I looked through the memories archive and couldn't find anything. Ok, here's my problem: I'm trying to fix up this picture, but because of the paper quality of the original photograph (that I scanned and saved into my comp), the picture is far too pixel-y and you can barely see the faces.




Can anyone tell me how I can make this picture clearer? Thanks in advance!
