question

I make icons, but I don't make FO banners and other grphics and stuff and I was wondering if there was a tutorial on how to make banners. I use Paint Shop Pro.

I checked the memories but couldn't find anything and I looked at the info to make sure this was allowed cause it's not exactly an icon tutorial question and it says it's allowed, so any help would be appreciated!! :)
