Tutorial - Manga Images (Featuring Rosette of Chrno Crusade)
I'm kinda bored so I decided to make a tutorial for an icon I just made, since it uses some techniques I haven't really seen before (that I figured out through experimentation). I like working with manga images because of the freedom you have to add any color you want.
Going from this to
using Photoshop Elements 2.0 (Probably translatable to other versions of PS. Not sure about PSP.)
Somewhat image heavy, moderate difficulty. This is my first tutorial so let me know if there's anything I should change about it.
