Icon Critiques, anyone?

This isn't exactly on subject but does anyone know of any good communities that will critique your graphics/icons and tell you what you can do to make them better?
I've finally figured out icons enough that I can actually show them without lookin like a total moron, but they're still not good, but I need feedback.
When I posted them in their subject's icon community, I didn't get any good feedback.

If this isn't allowed, sorry, tell me and I'll delete it, just figured I'd ask.
