PSP9//Soft Skin Effect
The Soft Skin effect is probably one of the most sought after effects in the icon-making world. Those who have PS can do it rather easily, while those with PSP had problems duplicating the same effect, as we don't have the same tools that PS has.
After much trial and error, i have FINALLY found the solution to creating the Soft Skin Effect . . . using PSP9. And no, the 'soften' brush isn't included.
