Hi Everyone, Im back with another tutorial!

Go from This to This: using PSP9

 First, Start with this picture. i cropped it from the image that is linked above.

Nice, Isnt it? Its a little....plain though, So duplicate the base and set it to Overlay at 38%

 There! Now it stands out a bit!

Now we are going to add this gradient:

 and set it to Lighten at 100%

Next, add this light blue gradient:

 and set it to Screen at 100%

Now, Its a little to light, and kind of plain once again. What to do? Play around with textures and gradients!

So we make a new layer, and fill it with #590054 and set it to exclusion SET TO LIGHTEN OR SOFT LIGHT
This was my fault, read the comments for help.

So far you should have this:

Ehhh.....Its a bit ugly. Once again, We are want to make it stand out...So we are going to darken it a bit and then finish it off.

Now, Make a new layer and fill it with #0a162c, set it to Exclusion.

After that, Take this texture, Made by innercitylights

 and set it to Screen.

Now, Its much better looking now, Right!?

One last texture, Add this:

 by dearest and set it to  Soft Light at 100%

and you're done!

 Ta Da! As you can see, I added two borders.

Quick Tip: To add the borders, Resize your image to 92x92 and then add a 4px. white border. Then, add a 1px light gray border.

Viola!
