no video in BS Player

I have not used BS Player in a long time. When I ran it today, I can only hear the audio, but no video. Is this something that I can fix in the settings? I'm guessing it's something wrong with my computer, since I still don't see the video after downloading a new version of BS Player. Any help would be appreciated.
