Defaulting Monitor RGB

Is there a way I can make my Proof Setup default as Monitor RGB, because normally it default (every picture) Working CMYK! The colors are more vibrant when I saved them under Monitor RGB, but sadly I forget to do it some of the times, so I hoping there was a way to make it the default setting.

Any advice or help is great appreciated! :)
