animated icon help

Recently, I have made this icon:


That is going frame by frame. I want to make my icon like the one below:


How do I achieve that "movie" effect rather than my icon which goes frame by frame? Do I have to tween the frames between each other or ..? Could someone help me out or perhaps make the change to my icon for me? thanks
