I recently got a new computer and Photoshop Elements 3. If I am working on an icon sized at 100x100, it appears much smaller on Elements when set to "actual pixels" than it does on the internet, and its rather hard to work with at such a small size. Does anyone know what the problem is and how I can fix it?
