MAKE ME!
This is a pretty easy tutorial. Requires basic knowledge of layering, texting, & brushing.
1; FIND YOUR IMAGE! Duh? I used this lovely picture of Shane West & Mandy Moore.
2; Crop, resize, & sharpen ONCE. Don`t sharpen 32948230984 times because it looks funny. This is your new image :
3; Duplicate that layer & simply screen it. Don`t change the opacity.
4; Make a new layer & colour fill it with EBA7F5. Overlay it at 64%.

5; Make a new layer & colour fill it with 0A376A. Set it to Exclusion at 65%.
- 
6; Add the following light texture & set it at Overlay 28%.
- 
7; Add the following texture & set it at Screen 56%.
- 
8; Add text. Mine`s set at Verdana 3pt. It says, "jkfhew kerj32enf dksdjfeiwsd" Or something similar.
9; Add the following brush. Set it above the text & play with the opacity.
- & VOILA. Teh icon`s done & is nice & pertyfulz! If you use this tutorial, I`d love to see what you create.
