1. As always, crop, resize, and sharpen image to get your base:


2. Duplicate - set to screen @ 80%:


3. Duplicate - softlight @ 100%:


4. Duplicate - softlight @ 100%:


5. New layer. #545D73 Exclusion @ 70%:


6. New layer. #CCBCA9 Multiply @ 50%:


7. New layer, fill with this gradient [crumblingwalls]:


And set to Overlay @ 80% to get this:


8. Paste this texture as a new layer [by ashke_icons]:


Set to screen @ 90% to get this:


9. New layer, fill with this gradient [crumblingwalls]:


Set to Difference @ 60%:


10. Paste this texture as a new layer [by tre-xture:

[I colorized the texture, also but you don't have to.]

Set that texture to Softlight @ 87%:


11. I added a J on a new layer. I used Argor Got Scaqh, size 30, caps, in black:


And you're done!
