Stencil Question
This doesn't quite have to do with icons...but I guess the effect I'm looking for can. ^^
I use Photoshop 7.0, and I'm wondering how to make stencils - you know, like the ones seenhere. Does anyone know how to make them? Or do you know any tutorials for making them? If you can help me, THANKS. I'll love you. <3 I'm playing around in PS7 right now, but I can't get the effect I'm looking for.
