2; Duplicate the base & set it to overlay @ 100%. It should look very similar to :

3; Make a new colour fill [0B104F] & layer it at screen 100%.

4; Add the following light text & set it to screen @ 75%.

5; Another new colour layer fill [953907] on burn @ 26%.

6; Add the following texture layer on normal @ 37%.
