Jack Mercer Icon Tutorial for PSP 8...
More love for Four Brothers, but today's featured brother is Jack Mercer, played by the adorable Garrett Hedlund. It's for Paint Shop Pro 8, and I'd say it's a moderately difficult tutorial. I'm not sure how this tutorial translates for programs though.
