Icon too large

I read the rules, and hope I read them correctly. If this kind of post isn't allowed please delete it or I'll gladly delete for you.

I made this kickass Young Frankenstein icon and it's 60KB, meaning I can't use it on LJ. I'm working with ImageReady, which I know isn't the best animating program by far. I was hoping one of you awesome icon-makers could help my icon get down to 40KB so I could use it.



I've tried everything, and I really don't want to cut out a frame. Please help me out <333 I'd really appreciate it, and even credit you. You're welcome to use any creative ideas (like transitions or timing issues), but all I'm really looking for is the size matter.
