Question for PaintShopPro9

I tried looking in the memories but I didn't find anything helpful.

Is there a way you can open or use  .jbr  in PSP9? I tried downloading some brushes from here, and all of the brush files are .jbr but I can't seem to open them, and I really like the brushes and want to use them lol. Anyone have any suggestions or knowledge of how I can still use the brushes?
