TOMMY LEE & NIKKI SIXX ICON
My 1st tutorial ever...so please feel free to tell me if I'm doing something wrong.

Ok, about 24 hours ago I was watching these guys in concert so yeah...i'm still amazed. For those of you who don't know who these guys are they are the members of Mötley Crüe the one being on the left would be the drummer Tommy Lee and then man on the right would be bass player Nikki Sixx and no they aren't really twins...ok lets get to the icon.
- The first thing I did was crop, resize, sharpen, and smooth to my liking (the photo was high contrast when i found it so you may want to change it so it comes out the same as mine...if you want)
- Then duplicate it then set it to screen
- Duplicate the original again. Change the saturation to -46 and set it to color (L) 78% now I have this…
- Now I paste this
and set it to exclusion - Now I paste this
and set it to set it to saturation (L) now you have this…
- I didn’t like the yellow background so I erased just the yellow on the wall on the exclusion layer. Now I have this..
- Now I don't know how most people do this but I made a new white image and painted this
on it and pasted it to my icon and set it to multiply and I ended up with this 
...but it was covering Nikki's amazing face so I just erased the part over his face. - Then I added some text....I used Runic MT Condensed. Then I added a border
and it came out like this... and thats it!
Please feel free to post your icons you make while using this...also if you have any tips for me on making this better that would be great! I'm just really learning.
