I've looked through my long list of memorized tutorials and could not find the one I'm looking for. I'll give you the best details I can, hopefully someone knows what I'm talking about. =)
The tutorial I'm talking about was a coloring tutorial that gave an effect a bit like this one. The base picture had a guy sitting on a bench and (I believe) a woman standing behind the bench or something like that. I believe one of the layers was a light blue color burn layer.
