I use both PSP7 and PS (mostly Adobe Photoshop) and I was wondering how
iiicon made MKA's eyes so bring in
these icons. I'm sure MKA's eyes are NOT that bright.
Is there a technique I'm missing? I tried to use brushes, but it did NOT turn out like
that!!!
Can someone help me?
