PSP9 Blur Tool
I am rather new at this but becoming more determined each try. A very good, patient freind
nessaja82 is trying to help me and even went to the bother of creating a tutorial for me.
The step I seem to be missing in making my icons look good- ie, not fuzzy- is the "blur" tool. I can't find it. I hope this isnt' a ridiculous question and apologize if it is...but I truly need to figure this out before my head exploads!
Could someone using PSP9 tell me where to find this or if it goes by a different name? Take a look at my avatar and you will see what I mean my "fuzzy".
