Converting brush formats?

I use PSP 9, I just got it very recently, so I am not very familiar with everything yet.

I looked through the memories, but didn't find anything that quite fixed my dilemma.

That is a link to a brush pack from the user crumblingwalls (Sorry, I am not sure how to do the user symbol without switching to rich text mode and I am afraid it will erase my text if I switch now)

I was wondering if someone could explain to me, as clearly as possible, how to get that into a useable format for my Paint Shop Pro 9. I have not been able to find out how to use a custom brush yet.

That is a link to a text image brush pack, I believe it's called, by vodkaandirony , A.K.A. amore.

I noticed that PSP 9 has .abr (I think it is) as an acceptable brush format, but when I try to go to "import < custom brush" it says that it is a newer file format and unsupported.

I was wondering if anybody could tell me how to use either of these, they are both really good works.
I hope I made this post clear enough, I tried to be very specific.
