Coloring Help Needed!
I've looked in the memories and most of the colouring tuts that I can find deal with lightening techniques only. I've not found darkening effects tut so I turn to the members for help. My problem is with this picture that I'm making into a banner for a girl on DJ.
I've used auto photo enhancements, layers and gradients but they didn't work. This is the best that I can come up with. I know the pic was very bad to begin with, but I'd like to find a solution for the problem before I ask the girl for another pic. I'm using PSP 9 btw. Thank you!
