help!
Ok, I'm a dolt. I have PS elements 3.0, I've got all the various images I need in seperate layers, ready to make my animated icon... and I can't figure out how to animate it, that is frame 1 these layers, frame 2, this images moves, frame 3, this image moves a loittle more. read the manual, went to the website, googled for help, read a book all about PSE and I'm stumped. So rather then bore my head thru my desk thumping it on it againandagainandagain, I'm asking for help.
I have a gif. it's got all the layers, it just needs to be made... animated.
Any help is appreciated, I can email the file to you.
Just so you know, folks without a sense of humor please don't respond. it's a Howie-from-Big-Brother/Harry Potter aniamted icon. I suspect anyone who isnt a fan of both won't get the joke, but thats ok, there are enough of us who are that will.
