I just have a quick question-

I have a base, I marqueed a part of it, and pressed Control+J to make a layer of the part that I marqueed. Now I'm trying to resize the part of the base that I Ctrl+J'd, but I'm not exactly sure how to do that. Pressing Image Size makes the entire icon go smaller, but I only want the part of the icon I marqueed to be resized, and I'm not sure how to do that. Does anyone else know?
