Templetes

I have searched all through the tutorials on templetes, but unfortunately I haven't found what I needed. Is there a way that I could change the color of templetes like this? I've tried, but the only way for me to do so is to highlight all the parts.

My second question is that the magic wand isn't helping too much when it comes to posting my base unto the templete. I'm forced to go around everything individualy and highlight it. I'm sure there's an easier way, but I'm just not seeing it.</s>
