PSP Keyboard Shortcuts! Help!

Hi, I know this has probably been dealt with before, but I seem to have managed to turn on and lock the keyboard shortcuts in PSP7, so whenever I hit the C key the colour palette disappears or reappears. I don't want it doing this, as I'm trying to write text. Any help would be very much appreciated!
