ok, so i have never really had to ask a question on here since the tuts are so amazing. but here's the thing

i made a mini movie icon of dane cook. my first attempt at a mini movie actually. it was fine until i had to save optimized... my file size is 35.81k, so i don't really understand what the problem is. the colors on the base are supposed to be this,


once i added the mini movie and optimized, the colors came out like this,


can anyone tell me what i did wrong or what i can do to fix it?

p.s. i use ps 7 and image ready
