Would anyone know where I could find a brush that was... Gosh, how to describe...? Okay, it's just like those film strip brushes, except grundgy. I'm looking for something that resembles

I was curious to see if anyone had an idea as to make an image appear is if you are looking at it through a tunnel...? Did I explain that correctly? I'm trying to figure out a way to make an icon with a small image in the center (colourized however), but the rest of the icon appears to be the side of a tunnel. I thought of doing varying sized strokes in colours in the black and gray area, but I figured it would like kind of choppy and not so uniform. Any suggestions?
