Looked in the archives but I couldn't find a tutorial that covered this kind of icon.

This isn't quite what I wanted (I was hoping to find an icon where the movement was more obvious and used to give a feeling of insanity of the person in the icon but whatever) but it's the best I can find at the moment. I've experimented around on my own but everything I come up with is either too dark and just looks like a big blob moving in the icon or doesn't really show up at all. So how do you do it?
