Problem with optimizing gif

Whenever I made gif with Image Ready, the original version look great but when I save it and you know how Image Ready automatically optimize the gif...that's when the quality got bad with all the dots and stuff. I don't have an example right now, but please help me. Is there anyway to make it stop optimize and save the original version instead?
