Shaky Text Help
I've been working on this icon:
I'm not sure how to go about making the word 'storm' shake/move, as I'm terrible with my animating program. I've tried out using the same image and shifting the text slightly, so that when played all at once, it moves, but that hasn't been working too well.
The memories didn't really help me out with this specific problem. I use PSP 7 and Animation Shop 3. Any help?
