a question - Photoshop cs

yay me questioning again....
ok i've finally gotten this video i was lookign for for ages, and now i capped it and i can't seem to make an icon out of a single cap i made. so i was wondering can someone help me with
how would you make a base out of this, a usable one...this is the best i could do, but i can't seem to make an icon out of it....

the caps seem to be too light (ive got 700 more of them, i dunno what to do i wanna make icons cause the video is so good but i can't figure it out) - i use photoshopcs

ETA: half of the post deleted cause ppl think i can't make my own icons and use this as a disguise to request and icon....no i'm not doing that
