iPod icons

okay, so I was wondering if anyone knew where to find a tutorial to make 'iPod icons' like:



you know, with the blacked out thing/person and simple background? I know I saw a tutorial for it before, but sill my, I didn't memory it. So does anyone know where to find one? Or can explain a way to make them to me? Sorry if I missed this in the memories or something.. :/
