Hello, I've been wanting for a while to purchase a program for making Livejournal icons, but I don't know which program would be best. I really don't know the differences between Photo Shop or Paint Shop Pro... or even if it's the same thing lol. I would really appreciate it if someone can point me in the right direction. Thank you in advance.
