Adobe PSE 2; Improving a base
Okay, I know, evryone and thier brother are writing tutorials on bases. I just wantd to share my way to do it, and I'd like to see if I can help anyone! Thanks. :D

The desaturated layer on top should be done by duplicating the sharpened base.
