I don't know why, but I decided to make a tutorial. it is my first tutorial. we will be making this icon... in PS CS.

we will start with this picture of Mary-Kate and Ashley. I decided to make the icon focus on Mary-Kate(left). since I made this icon while ago, I have my base a little diffrently cropped.   start by :Duplicating the picture 3 times.              1st duplication: screen              2nd duplication:soft light              3rd duplication:soft light and set to 50% opacity.              Flatten image and Sharpen.   I don't like Mary-Kates sharpen face so I take the blur tool and soften her skin.   then I want to sharpen her lips and eyes. I took the sharpenning tool at  20% and sharpened her eyes and mouth.   then I took this icon texture by Tre-xture and set it to Soft Light.   >>> and added some brushes and DONE!
