another question...

ah i hate asking questions cause i feel like there is a tut somewhere in the memories.. i just cant find it. =/

well.. ive been working on this for four hours now. im in image ready and i got it saved and i loaded it to photobucket.com but the animation is too big for photobucket. so therefore it turns out reallly bad. is there anyway i can make it smaller without taking out any frames?
