Sorry if this is off Topic...

I really really really need HELP!!! I have encountered a problem while using Photoshop to make an icon, which I hope some of you have enountered too and have found a way of solving. I want to paste an image from another programm into photoshop, but it tells me that it can´t import the image from the clipboard because there´s not enough working storage or main storage or whatever it´s called RAM (random access memory)...argh...and I can´te proceed with my icon. Really seriously need help!! Does anyone know how I can get or free/delete RAM?
