Tutorial
Hey! This is my first tutorial, so I hope it's not too bad. It's for PSP7, but I'm sure it's translatable.
Get from this:
to this:

Duplicate the image once. Go back to the original base image and desaturate it, and put it on 60% opacity. Go to the duplicated layer and set it to Screen. (outcome is below)

Next, duplicate the base image and drag it above the other layers. Set it to Softlight.

Then, duplicated the Screened layer, drag it to the top, and set it on Color. 100% opacity.

Go to the first layer, duplicate it, and drag the layer above all the others. Fill it in with a gray color (#888888) and set it on Softlight with 100% opacity.

Duplicate the first layer again and drag it to the top, as well. Set it on Hardlight with an opacity of 56%.

And finally, click the 3rd layer from the bottom (the one set on Softlight, 60%) and make a new layer. Fill it in with a tan color (#BC9274) and set it to Overlay.

And...voila! :D
