Animation Troubles with AnimationShop
I'm making an icon (this one to be exact: 
) and its 74KB, but I can't figure out how to get it down to 40KB. Its 25 frames, but I don't want to delete any because its based on an animation by a friend of mine and I know there should be something about getting the quality down but when I go to Optimize it and I adjust it so that its at its lowest size, the quality is not good at all and its still not 40KB, its 41KB. Any tips?
ETA: Also, does anyone know how to fix it so that Dan's hair doesn't keep turning colors?
