How to go from
to 
1) Duplicate your base twice. Set both to screen 100%.
2) Duplicate the base again and drag it to the top. Set to screen 50%.
3) Take this gradient
and copy it into a new layer at linear burn 100%.
4) Take this gradient
and copy into a new layer at color burn 30%.
5) Make a new layer and fill with #EDC497. Set to Saturation 100%..
6) Make a new layer and fill with this light texture
. Set to hard light 30%. I erased it so that it only effected the background. 
7) Duplicate the base and drag it to the top. Set to soft light 50%.
8) Add this heart
at linear burn 50%. Then add whatever text you want and set that to linear burn 50%. Add a border and then you're done!
