Saving Animations Under 40KB

I'm sorry if this has all ready been asked, but I couldn't find it in the archives.

I just made an animated icon in Animation Shop3 and I want to know how to save it so its 40KB or under so I can upload it here. I don't know if you need to know this or not, but its 8 frames.
