Tutorial #2
We're going to go from this
to this:
1.First resize the image down to 100x100

2.Sharpen once

3.Use the eye dropper and click on the lightest color of the eye. Use the ellipse tool to make circles over all the eyes with the color you got with the eye dropper. Put all of the circles to Color Dodge.

4.Do it once more over the eyes

5.Now for the lips. Use the lasso tool to go around both sets of lips. Copy and paste the lips back in and set it to Color Burn

6.Zoom in to 400% and use the blur tool to go around the face. Avoid the eyes, lips, and eyebrows. Go to the base layer and sharpen everything you did
didn't smooth over with the blur tool (eyes, lips, eyebrows).

7.Flatten the image and in a new layer, add this template

(made by myself, using brushes. The scribble is by
teh_indy)
8. Zoom in and cut out white portion in the middle. Move the base layer around until it looks like nice.
And Viola!
