question : i've been stuck between products and don't know what ones are better & i basicly want to make animations; layouts; and all that jazz.. any ways my 3 choices are Paint Shop Pro 8, Paint Shop Pro 9, or Adobe Elements Photo Shop.
what do you think would be better to use for the things i want to do ?
