Transparency problem

I'm using Animation Shop 3, but my animated graphic isn't showing up right in the last 2 frames. The bubblegum gets stuck at the bottom of the image when it's not suppose to be there (that was from the previous frames). I first make all my separate images transparent, then I go to Animation Wizard and link them together. =/ Can someone tell me how to fix it w/o losing the transparency?
